Do I have to pay during the trial?
No. You'll enter your card upfront so the transition is seamless, but you won't be charged until your 14-day trial ends.
How does annual billing work?
You pay $529 upfront for the full year - that's 10% off versus paying monthly. Your card is charged once today (after the 14-day trial) and renews in 12 months.
What counts as an active transaction?
Any deal that isn't closed or cancelled. Once a deal is marked closed or cancelled it no longer counts toward your limit, freeing up the slot.
Can I change my add-ons later?
Yes - you can add or remove extra transaction slots and agent seats at any time from inside the app. Changes are prorated to the day.
Can I switch from annual to monthly?
Yes - contact support and we'll switch you at your next renewal. No penalties.
Are broker-invited agents on my seat count?
Yes - agents you invite use one of your Broker plan seats. Add extra seats at $10/mo each if you need more.
